LiveKit (real-time voice infrastructure) delivers the voice. A language model reasons over the instruction. IBA declares what the agent is authorized to do before any of that happens. There’s no typed prompt to inspect and no visible instruction chain — natural language, spoken or typed, cannot expand a cryptographic scope boundary.
